Job Description:
Generalized Responsibilities may not include all listed:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to executive team members, including calendar/ email management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, workflow, documentation, information review, and research with critical attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion for business partners and clients.
2. Coordination:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with processes for clients, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance with federal legislation.
- Stay updated on requirement policies and provide guidance to the team.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate various organizational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and utilize a CRM system.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
4. Customer Service & Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business or Administration, and/ or experience providing senior administration support.
- Experience: Ideally 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong focus on project management or finance.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, others).
- Independence and attention to detail.
