Job Description:
Headquartered in Charlottetown, PEI, Atlantic Graduate Inc. is a fast growing company currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. They will provide administrative support to Management, technicians and the sales team in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a highly organized, accurate and resourceful professional who thrives in delivering superior support in a complex, fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Entering orders accurately from the order desk email into our internal software system.
- Using accounting software, in the areas of sales, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and banking.
- Receptionist duties during regular business hours – Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, in-person and mail.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, note-taking etc.
- Providing confidential administrative duties for the sales team and Management, including the preparation and collation of written reports and materials
- Working with other team members to develop and maintain systems that support the smooth, successful and integrated operation of the administrative function.
- Assisting in delivering and creating an excellent customer experience through professional interactions with customers, industry partners and other stakeholders.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required or directed by senior management.
