Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to Management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to anticipate needs, and have excellent communication skills. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage a range of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule, organize, and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure that all commitments are seamlessly coordinated.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, transportation, and prepare itineraries for domestic and international travel.
Email and Communication: Handle and prioritize emails, draft responses, and manage correspondence on behalf of Management.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Task Coordination: Help manage and coordinate personal and professional tasks, ensuring all deadlines and priorities are met.
Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle a variety of personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, organizing, and booking appointments.
Expense Management: Track, manage, and report expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed, providing summaries and actionable insights.
Special Projects: Take on special projects and duties as required, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualities: High level of discretion and confidentiality
Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: Valid driver’s license
