Job Description:

Office Administrator
Diploma in Medical Support Services or related field with experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Book/maintain and update all appts
-Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time ( clinic flow)
-Daily schedule checks for accuracy and ensuring flow
-Process and balance daily sales, bank deposits
-Organize patient files
-Ensure correct billing and invoicing
-Monthly balancing of accounts
-Process all insurance billing and collection
-Answer and respond to phone calls/emails /texts etc.. 
-Transcription and typing of documents/letters
