Purpose: The Systems Administrator ensures the effective operation, security, and integration of all technology systems that support transportation, logistics, fleet management, dispatch, cold storage, and cross-border operations. This role aligns IT infrastructure, applications, and operational technologies with business needs while maintaining reliable system performance, strong cybersecurity practices, and real-time connectivity across departments. The position combines strategic IT planning with hands-on technical support and operational system management. Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and optimize servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise IT systems. Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user access, licensing, and security policies. Maintain IT hardware, software, communication systems, and building access controls. Manage IT asset inventory and system documentation. Support fleet tracking systems, in-cab technologies, and operational communication tools. Ensure reliable connectivity and system performance across logistics operations. Implement cybersecurity controls and monitor system security. Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery processes.
