Hosted in a secure cloud environment, the sleek modular framework of Worklinks’ automation solutions allow customers to select and pay for only the specific functionality that their business needs to enable complete, painless, worry-free payroll. Worklinks have grown rapidly in the past years and is looking to expand our operations globally. We are looking for an experienced and hard-working IT Development Manager to oversee our growing global operations. We are looking for someone who will perform the following:

• Evaluate our current information systems and electronic processes & databases, and provide suggestions on improving their operations, efficiency, and ability to be adaptive to global business clients, such as businesses from China;
• Based on our existing systems, create and implement new systems, databases, and processes to be used for our global business clients;
• Whether in person or virtually, meet with global business clients to discuss their specific electronic payroll system needs and build those needs into the new systems;
• Recruit and train a team of qualified programmers and tech. supports to ensure optimal performance and updates of the new systems;
• Propose and adapt project budgets for the new systems – in consultation with top management and our global marketing manager;
• Work with other departments as needed; explain technology terms into laymen’s terms when necessary.
