Job Description:
United Janitorial is searching for a Project Manager/Floor Tech in Charlottetown.
We are a growing company in Charlottetown and are looking for an experienced project worker.
Wage range $14 – $17 based on experience
Drivers license required with clean driving abstract
Job requires a lot of night/overnight work. Must work nights.
Must have own transportation too and from office
Can handle physically demanding work
Job description:
- Striping and waxing floors
- Carpet Cleaning
- Tile Scrubs
- Top Scrubs
- Window Cleaning
- High Dusting
- Construction Cleans
Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, use of swing arm, burnishers & auto-scrubber machines
- Capable of leading a team through large projects
- Able to handle physically demanding work
- Minimum 3 years experience in job duties
- Experience repairing and maintaining machinery considered an asset

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00/year
