Job Description:
As a Mat Exchange Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to deliver, exchange, and pick up floor mats for our clients. You will ensure all deliveries are made on time and that all customer interactions are positive and professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle to customer locations to deliver, exchange, and pick up floor mats.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mats, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Load and unload mats from the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and exchanges.
• Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with services provided.
• Report any issues or damage to mats and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed (e.g., inventory checks, restocking, etc.).

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy mats (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
