Job Description:

Answering and directing phone calls, drafting and distributing correspondence, memos, and emails as required by CAO. Scheduling appointments, meetings and general office tasks. Managing calendars and reminders. Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas and distributing materials. Maintaining accurate and organized records; both physical and digital. Maintain filing systems. Ensure proper storage and retrieval of documents. Greeting visitors and providing general information. Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Assisting with data entry and basic accounting tasks. Preparing reports and presentations.
