Job Description:

Maintenance job entails but not limited to: General maintenance & repairs as well as preventative maintenance on pool, Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, Repair of lawn equipment, Inspect troubleshoot & diagnose problems, Replace & repair parts test and adjust accordingly. Repairs on interior walls such as basic drywall skills.  Maintenance repairs on A/C and heating, Electrical & plumbing systems, Laundry equipment, Change locks when needed. Mowing lawns on routine basis. Or any other maintenance tasks needed. Wages depend on experience & skills.
