Job Description:
Century 21 sell residential, recreational, water front, vacant land multi units, commercial real estate. We also do leasing, property development, and property management. We cover the whole Island from tip to tip. We pride ourselves on service and going above and beyond for both our sellers and buyers.
Job responsibilities:
1. Marketing planning and advertising design of real estate project;
2. Online media advertising material production, advertising integration and release for real estate projects;
3. Developing Chinese market and potential Chinese clients in PEI;
4. To translate company’s listings and information for Foreign buyers especially to the Chinese market.
Qualification:
1. Be familiar with real estate industry;
2. Have experience in advertising industry;
3. have good command of English and mandarin;
4. Having experience and resources to develop Chinese market, and being familiar with psychology of Chinese sellers.
