Nature & Scope of Position

This position will require the individual to maintain a department culture that focuses on fostering positive relationships with customers and supporting departments without exception.  Maintain the integrity of the Company’s reputation by assuring the requests of the Customer are executed in a timely fashion while maintaining the Company’s best interest and financial goals.

Position Accountabilities

Coordinate logistics associated with StandardAero’s rental engine assets.  Including, but not limited to, engine location, maintaining engine records (times and cycles), invoicing customers for rental usage.
Maintain a trusting relationship between StandardAero and the Customer.
Provide supporting departments with accurate and timely information.
Make reservations for rental engines as required and determine availability for use.
Prepare lease agreements for engine rentals.
Contact customers for monthly usage, missing parts, missing paperwork, etc.
Raise purchase orders to support activity as required.
Ensure any Customers requests are complied with in a timely and professional manner.
Processing and posting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices and ensuring that they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile Vendor statements.
Support Senior Financial Analyst with month end metric reporting and analysis.
Other departmental duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 with related post-secondary education.
Work experience in Accounting, Sales or Customer Relations is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Access, Navixa MRO.
Strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple priorities and the ability to deal with stress.
Ability to work flexible hours with occasional overtime required.
Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and be self-motivated.
Gas Turbine engine technical knowledge would be an asset.

Working Environment:

An individual in this capacity must be aware of that the position will involve:
Working in an office setting, spending at extended periods of the workday working with a computer and on the telephone.
Must be willing to walk to various areas throughout the facility throughout the day.
Expected to carry a Blackberry and Laptop as required.
There will be no requirement to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on a regular basis, unless asked to work in an area where such a requirement exists.
