Job Description:
What does the job entail?
-Greeting customers, and talking to passer-by’s who are curious about escape rooms
-Processing payments, booking appointments, and answering phones
-Diligently monitoring games, quickly providing clues and additional assistance as needed
-Quickly and accurately resetting game rooms
-Cleaning game rooms and lobby area as required, including (but not limited to) sweeping, moping, dusting, and sanitizing props and locks
-Making emergency repairs and replacements to damaged or broken game items and reporting potential wear and tear to manager
-Maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring customer experience is amazing
