 Job brief

We are looking for a Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and deliver essential elements of employment preparation programs for our clients. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets.

Ultimately, you will ensure the program assists clients to develop their certifications on OHS skills , etc. to aid in employment preparation.

Training Facilitator responsibilities include:

• Planning in co-ordination with case manager with potential clients to assess training needs;
• Designing training curriculum to achieve desired outcomes;
• Organizing in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises designing team and individual courses;
• Maintaining records of curriculum and materials;
• Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, case management staff;
• Manage subscriptions to e-learning courses and/or order instructional material (e.g. ebooks and manuals)
• Ensuring delivery responding to learning strategies of participants 

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• BSc degree in Education, Social Work or relevant field including Diploma in Human Services
