Parts Advisor

Job Description:

On a daily basis, you will be performing parts lookup, shipping & receiving, inventory control, point of sale transactions, showroom management and various other duties as required.  It is expected that all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties:

• Work with customers to identify needs
• Source required parts
• Identify required timelines for shipments
• Convey order timelines to customers
• Perform inventory counts
• Process sales orders
• Work closely with the parts manager
• Stock shelves
• Maintain a clean/safe work area
• Other duties as required

• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Strong written skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a mechanical aptitude
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
