The Account Manager is responsible for greeting and working with customers by determining their needs, asking questions, and providing guidance in selecting a complete marketing plan – using all our print and/or digital products.

Reaching business and sales targets, using excellent selling and communication skills, will be a focus for this position. A motivated and driven individual who is comfortable communicating with and seeking out clientele will be essential for this role.

General duties include:

  • Contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in detail, design, and implementation of marketing plans for service being offered.
  • Developing revenue generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and superior customer service skills.
  • Tracking sales data, reaching and exceeding targets while maintaining and growing client list.
  • Computer proficiency including Outlook.
  • Working with clients to determine their requirements and needs.
  • Investigating and trouble shooting customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with firm deadlines.
  • Positive and proactive in your working relationships.
  • Ability to offer accurate pricing and currant offerings.
  • Ability to plan up three to six months in advance, highly organized.
  • Post-Secondary education within the field of marketing, business administration or related would be an asset.

We offer training and support. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Strong knowledge in the use of MS Office programs. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Ability to work overtime, where necessary.
