Job Description:
Exceptional opportunity at Emerald Isle Carriage Tours. We have been providing horse drawn tours of Charlottetown since 2002. Ideally, I would like to hire a second me. Wages and Duties will depend on what you bring to the table.
At the very least, be able to safely groom, harness and drive a team of heavy horses through traffic while giving a fully guided tour. I am willing to teach a person who has ample experience with horses, excellent horsemanship and a winning personality the tourists would love.
Having a class 3 licence with experience hauling horses with a truck and large trailer would be a plus. If you had your own truck and trailer with a place at home for team, Huge bonus! If not, you would be hauling horses out of Crapaud.
Another plus would be a flare for social media to highlight the integrity of the workhorse and market the company.
You must have an outgoing personality with a gift to entertain, be responsible, respectable, well presented and horse savvy
Wages start at $15 per hour + tips and can go up with each skill set you bring to the table.
