Quality Manager Assistant

Job Description:

* Knowledge of quality control, QMP, GFSI standards and Sanitation standards would be an asset but willing to train

* Aid in maintaining, developing, auditing and reviewing documentation, standard operating procedures and food safety plans.

* Internally audit company policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory, company and customer specifications.

* Maintain an active presence on the production floor monitoring employee practices and plant sanitation.

* Other duties as required by the Quality Manager

This position will be the designate for the current Quality Manager in the event of absence.
