Job Description:
–
Responsibilities:
– Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets & contribute to overall growth of the business.
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management.
– Provide exceptional customer service.
– Resolve client issues promptly ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
– Other Tasks as required
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English, both Typing and verbal.
– Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
– Customer-focused mindset delivering exceptional service.
– Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving targets.
