Position Purpose
To help maintain Camp Triumph’s facility and its assets while aiding in its operation.

Description
The Facility Manager is responsible for maintaining the Camp Triumph facility in order to keep it at top operating shape and to extend its longevity. They are responsible for basic maintenance, refurbishment, upkeep, re-stocking, and cleaning where needed. This includes all buildings, camp grounds, and equipment. They ensure the facility is staying in accordance with safety rules and regulation. They inspect the facility for damage following weather events and coordinates the appropriate fixes. The Facility Manager is counted on to secure the facility when not in active use and open up the facility for rental group use.

Position Duties

  • Coordinating with the Directors on facility maintenance decisions
  • Conducting basic maintenance on grounds, buildings, equipment (skill dependant)
  • Monitoring the performance of assets within the facility and coordinating repairs
  • Supervising maintenance workers and making sure they have the access they need
  • Inspecting equipment and keeping records
  • Training/instructing employees on proper maintenance where needed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Coordinating the arrival and departure of rental groups
