Job Description:

We are a custom marine electronics design and manufacturing business specializing in navigation, multimedia and vessel monitoring and fleet management systems. Our equipment is installed in thousands of vessels around the world and is known for its superior design, quality and innovation. Established in 2005, MarineNav Ltd. has a proven track record of quality, service and reliability. We are currently seeking an individual to come on board as our marketing design specialist. You will be responsible for the design and development of all our client facing marketing materials including but not limited to packaging, brochures and user manuals
Education and Experience

– A college degree or equivalent with special skills and talent in design.
– Experience in graphic design in a corporate setting.
– Experience in product packaging, print production (catalogue, brochures, product manual layouts), PPT presentations
– Experience in photography an asset

Abilities and Skills

– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Acrobat, Dreamweaver
– Strong sense of creativity, innovation and a positive attitude.
– A passion for experimentation and continued learning
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize various tasks.
– Excellent attention to details with motivation to accomplish tasks meticulously.
– Excellent computer skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
– Team player
– Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, thorough and detailed. Must be able to manage a project from start to finish, meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
