Job Description:

Position Summary

General Manager: The goal of this position based in Summerside PEI is to join HueGO’s dynamic and growing management team to lead the branch attaining development targets, and profit objectives. Localizing, developing and positioning the HueGO brand in the North American market will be a key function of this position.

Key Candidate Duties

The overall management of the company
The supervision of the production department in the area of quality and costs control
The personnel and training work within the company and maintenance of the customer relations outside the company
Offering assistance to the department directors
Assessing employees’ work performance
Organization of meetings, and the establishment of sound working surroundings
Key Qualifications

Education: Minimum master’s degree

Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimal 5+ years of superior management experience in the lighting and electrical industry as well as previous supervisory experience. The ideal candidate should also have a high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite of products as well as accounting software tools.

Competencies:  Keys to the position include a communication skill, problem-solving and critical thinking, self‐starter personality and presentation skills and organizational skills. A bilingual skill is an asset.
