Job Description:
We are looking for the right fit candidate to start and progress their career in dental technology. The ideal candidate would have artistic talent, technical talent, be organised, be sensible, be prepared to learn quickly and take direction, ask relevant questions once (and progress from there) be able to manage their time efficiently without needing outside guidance, be reliable, dependable, consistent and able to work consistently under pressure in a commercial laboratory creating bespoke custom dental appliances for a demanding customer base.
Are you this person? For the right candidate we offer a fair starting salary to be reviewed every 8 weeks until the initial probation period of 6 months is completed, after which to be reviewed every 12 months. 10 days paid vacation annually plus statutory holidays, plus medical and dental benefits once you progress past the probation period. End of year bonus dependent on your value added to the success of the business.
