Job Description:

Subaru of Charlottetown has an immediate requirement for a Parts / Service Video Advisor in Charlottetown, PEI.

The Service Video Advisor will take video of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress, and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This role will also involve providing support to the Parts Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
  • Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
  • Efficient and prompt upload of video to client
  • Providing front and back counter support for the Parts Department
  • Ordering, selling and processing of parts
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Be comfortable to explain service processes on camera (voice only)
  • Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract.
