Qualifications
· A Registered Nurse currently licensed by the College of Registered Nurses PEI
· A demonstrated leader who has excellent communication skills
· Previous experience in a Long Term Care setting an asset but new or recent grad are encouraged to apply
South Shore Vila, a Nursing and Community Care Home is looking for innovative Register Nurses who are committed to helping us maintain the highest standards in resident care, and collaborate to bring modern ideas to elevate the services provided. As a Registered Nurse you are an integral part of the health care team that provide residents with medical oversight as a result of physician direction. Registered Nurses are responsible to co-ordinate all aspects of a residents care plan to ensure that needs are met as defined in the care goals. In your role, you also have the opportunity to provide mentorship for LPN’s and RCW’s ensuring all of the health care team is working to their full scope of practice.
