Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Wage Will be negotiated based on experience.

Duties

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform electrical repairs and maintenance, including troubleshooting and reading schematics.
  • Execute mechanical repairs, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations and implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Competence in welding techniques and mechanical assembly.
  • Understanding of logic controllers and their application in facility operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with all staff members.
