Position Overview:
The Territory Manager at ADL Foodservice plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on expanding our customer base while ensuring service excellence to current clients. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled sales professional with a natural ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new profitable accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers to grow sales and profit margins.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs, introduce new products, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with brokers, suppliers, purchasing, inside sales, and logistics to deliver top-tier service and manage customer requirements.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adapt sales approaches and offer valuable insights.
- Provide updates on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the Foodservice Manager and collaborate on strategies for growth.
- Be an ambassador for ADL Foodservice’s brand, promoting core values and new product lines to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within foodservice or a related field.
- Degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel
- Strong skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving.
- Competent with MS Office and familiar with systems like CRM or ERP.
- Bilingual skills are an asset.
- Understanding of the dairy industry or broader foodservice sector is a plus.
