Business Description
The PEITFGA exists: to advance horticulture in the tree fruit industry, including the promotion of better knowledge by growers of managing tree health, sharing, and learning about advancements in the industry; to facilitate ways to improve marketing of tree fruit products for the betterment of the tree fruit industry in PEI, including securing better conditions in packing, cooling, storage, transportation, and distribution; to cooperate with the Provincial Department of Agriculture or affiliate departments in all matters, including educational, with reference to horticulture.
