The Montessori Children's Centre is an Early Learning and Child Care facility providing Early Childhood Education for children ten months to 8 years old.
We have a long standing reputation in our community for providing high quality experiences, an adaptable play environment with emphasis on meaningful relationships amongst children and certified educators.
We are guided by a strong belief in the importance of helping children cultivate a love of learning, a spirit of independence, self respect, peacefulness, a sense of accomplishment, a sense of personal and social responsibility, a value for all forms of life, and the ability to respect and celebrate the individuality and uniqueness of all people.
Our philosophy is based on the teachings of Maria Montessori and on the PEI Early Learning Curriculum Framework.
