Project administration officer

Preferably with 5 years of construction project management experience. Good knowledge in liaising with the creative department and client on concept development and ideas execution. Assist directors in project management, customer services, quality control and information sourcing as necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Organize projects from planning to implementation including planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation, and execution (e.g. preparation and development of marketing collaterals including presentation, e-DM, poster, etc.)
- Assist to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, with the ultimate goal to attract them to land in our new specialized modern house
- Provide all-rounded administrative and accounting support to the directors including but not exclusive to calendar management, meeting coordination, expenses management and profit & loss of the project
- Handling project documents and maintaining effective filing and responsible for preparing quotation and invoice
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively and also cross-functional experience in marketing and accounting preferred
- Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or related disciplines 5 years of related construction experience
- Good communication skills, mature, independent, well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
