FirstOnSite Restoration has an immediate opening for a Contents Packer/Processor.
Position Summary: The Contents Packer/Processor is responsible for the general cleaning at both the customer's site and in the shop. Returning the customer's contents and property to their previous condition in a timely manner is the primary objective of this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Pack and inventory (list in detail and take photos) customer's belongings, taking great care to ensure proper handling Clean contents to previous condition using specialized products and techniques Conduct thorough cleaning of jobsite once final move back is complete Move back and reset all customer contents once structural work is complete Learn and practice correct procedures when environmental work is required Ensure that the workplace is clean, safe and uncluttered in order to minimize cross contamination Adhere to company policy regarding acceptable standards of behavior at a customer work site Provide assistance and support co-workers with completion of tasks as required Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while working Mix and apply cleaning products safely and in strict adherence to the manufacturer's specifications Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry Packing/moving experience would be considered an asset Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation Willing to work on-call for after-hours emergency work Clean criminal record & valid driver's license FirstOnSite Restoration is the largest independent disaster restoration company in Canada.
