Marguerite Connolly Training & Consulting (MCTC), a leader in health care training, has been delivering health care programs on Prince Edward Island since 1996. MCTC is certified and approved by the Department of Innovation & Advanced Learning – Government of Prince Edward Island to offer Resident Care Worker (RCW) and Home Support Worker (HSW) Programs.
There are two locations on Prince Edward Island to choose from:
Charlottetown Campus – 55 Grafton Street
Summerside Campus – 10 Slemon Park Drive
Our professional RCW and HSW programs will provide group and individualized instruction, producing competent caregivers to provide supplementary health care to our Island communities.
Our purpose is to train individuals to be sensitive, compassionate, caring, and respectful to all who are in need.
We work diligently with each individual student who also has unique learning needs. We want each student to grow and be successful. We also believe that we must have fun in order to be excited about learning. We accept male and female applicants from all age groups.
