Gene Wood is the owner/operator of the business and is himself a licensed Red Seal plumber for over 30 years. At present Prompt employs 5 licensed Red Seal plumbers and 3 apprentice plumbers as well as 2 other staff who work with Gene in the office. As well as doing residential and commercial plumbing and heating Prompt Plumbing designs and installs geothermal heating systems and also has experience in the aquaculture industry in setting up piping for tank systems etc.
