Ringette PEI is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing the sport of ringette acress the province. Ringette is a sport which focuses on the team over the individual, and builds strong teamwork and relationship skills. Ringette's rules are meant to inspire teamwork and camaraderie. Ringette has a large number of participants on the island. RPEI oversees teams at all levels in Charlottetown, Summerside, Montague, Souris, and Rustico. The organization also has programs for high performance ringette players to further develop their talent.

The Prince Edward Island 55 Plus Games Society Inc. is a community based volunteer and not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors and is comprised of citizens interested in the objects and purpose of the society. It was established in 1997 and incorporated in 2003. The Society is affiliated with the Canadian Senior Games Association.
