Executive Assistant
Autism Society of PEI
Responsibilities:
- Office administration duties; filing, typing, communications and office organization.
-Maintaining social media and website
-Assisting with all major fundraising efforts and events. (Candidate will work occasional evenings/ or weekends)
-Completing delegated projects such as creation of resource packages, newsletters, library system, filing system.
-Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in relevant work field- Office Administration, Marketing, Event Planning or equivalent work experience.
A Prince Edward Island Driver's License

Additional assets:
-Knowledge of and experience in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
-Demonstrated knowledge of/ or background in fundraising and volunteerism.
-Experience with grant or proposal writing
-Computer proficiency
-Expertise with Website maintenance and Social media
-Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent organization in a professional manner

The successful candidate will have strong sense of empathy and their strengths will include being task oriented, organized, and they will have the ability to work independently. The candidate will respect client confidentiality and will be friendly and engaged in communication with clients.
This candidate will work alongside and collaboratively with the Executive Director to meet all the desired needs of the organization. Strong ability to multi task would be an asset.
