Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Duties: Supervise and manage daily operations of the store Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies Train and develop eventual staff members to provide exceptional service Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Requirements: Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate others Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems Previous experience in team management or retail management preferred Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
