About the company: B2B sales and marketing in agribusiness Shift and schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday; 20 hours per week Term: 3 months contract with potential to extend Job Location: Office | 119 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI Your day-to-day work: Assist in managing office communications, including answering phone calls and emails. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Handling incoming and outgoing client documentation. Maintain and organize filing systems for documents and records. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. What we are looking for: 1+ years of experience in an office environment would be an asset as would experience in a professional service firm. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Proficiency to quickly learn software and adopt new technology. Excellent client service and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of verbal and written English, with proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
