Island Waste Management Corporation (IWMC) is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resources Officer. This is a two-year temporary position with the possibility of permanent appointment. Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for leading human resource management services and programs for the Island Waste Management Corporation and Environmental Industrial Services Inc. (EISI). The HR Officer will develop an HR program and ensure the consistent delivery of HR services including staffing, labour relations, training, occupational health and safety, leave management, classification, position management, performance management and HR information management.
