Responsibilities: You will be responsible for identifying and performing various maintenance activities in a highly automated industrial environment. You will need to have excellent communication and priority management skills to enable you to take charge of situations, interact with colleagues, suppliers, and international manufacturers to get the job done right the first time. Taking a job from start to finish; troubleshoot, identify deficiency, consult manuals, drawings, tech support, order parts, replace parts, adjust settings, confirm proper operation, make recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: Identifying/analyzing mechanical duties. Able to conduct and complete scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks and checklists. Able to complete work orders and ensure any parts that are used are documented for reordering. Able to prioritize urgency based on production requirements. Able to stay on task past regular scheduled hours to ensure completion. Ensure all production lines are available to run with minimum amount of downtime. Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, machine shop tools and equipment as required. Licensed Mechanic or Millwright Refrigeration B certificate Assist contracted service technicians and work along side them to gain understanding of machine.
