Responsibilities 

As a Retail Associate at Vesey’s Seeds, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting customers with their gardening needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest gardening methods, trends, and developments to guide customers’ gardening endeavors.
• Skillfully merchandise store products and ensure captivating displays that inspire customers.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our products, enabling you to offer valuable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to ensure our shelves are always well-stocked.
• Effectively operate cash registers, process point-of-sale purchases, manage financial transactions, and maintain balanced drawers.
• Contribute to the store’s inviting atmosphere through light cleaning and upkeep.
• Fulfill other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
