We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Artisan Cafe Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, ice cream, and customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions
• Serve Ice-Cream
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, including workstations and seating areas
• Restock supplies and ensure products are available
• Uphold café standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and sharing product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous café, barista, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (training provided if needed)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
