What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will support various functions and events throughout the Summer, ensuring our brand is represented with energy and enthusiasm.

• Support event setup and takedown, including tents, signage, and promotional materials
• Represent PEI Mutual at events and engage with attendees
• Manage logistics such as materials, transportation, and checklists
• Help coordinate sponsorships and donations, including tracking budgets and gathering information
• Support delivery of sponsorship assets like signage, digital ads, articles, and social content
• Assist with writing, file organization, design work, and other day-to-day tasks

About you:

• A post secondary student who is available for work beginning in early May
• Outgoing and positive personality with ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus)
• You have an eye for design and experience using Canva
• Familiar with Facebook Business Pages and Instagram Business Profiles
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
