Job Description:

 Position Overview
We are looking for a professional part-time technical support engineer responsible for the technical configuration and quotation of our data asset storage and application integration products. You will serve as a technical advisor to the sales team and clients, ensuring our solutions accurately meet customers’ technical requirements while providing professional technical support services.

 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will configure products according to customer requirements, ensuring the technical feasibility and optimal performance of solutions. You will need to create detailed technical proposals and quotation documents to support the sales team’s client communications, and participate in customer technical exchange meetings to answer technical questions and address client concerns.

As an important member of the technical support team, you will assist with product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) implementations to showcase product technical advantages, while providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support to ensure customers successfully implement and use our solutions. You will also be responsible for collecting customer technical requirements and feedback, assisting the product team with feature optimization and iteration, and continuously learning and mastering the latest data storage and system integration technologies to maintain technical leadership.

 Requirements
We expect candidates to have technical backgrounds and work experience in data storage, system integration, or cloud computing, with solid IT foundational knowledge and deep understanding of databases, storage systems, networks, and other technologies. You need good solution design capabilities to transform customer requirements into feasible technical solutions.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as you will need to simplify complex technical concepts into language that clients can easily understand. We are looking for talent with strong problem-solving abilities who can quickly identify and resolve technical issues, while possessing good customer service awareness, patience, attention to detail, and team spirit to collaborate effectively with the sales team in providing comprehensive technical support.
