Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate part-time salesperson responsible for promoting and selling our data asset storage and application integration solutions. As the front-line representative of our company, you will establish connections with potential clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will actively develop new customers through various channels (including phone, email, social media, and industry events) to find sales opportunities. During client interactions, you will need to deeply understand their business requirements and challenges, provide customized solution recommendations, and conduct professional product demonstrations and solution presentations that highlight the value and competitive advantages of our solutions.
As a core member of the sales team, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final transaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. This requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure customer needs are accurately understood and met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, following up regularly, identifying additional sales opportunities, and collecting market feedback to assist the product team in optimizing solutions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have sales experience in the IT industry, particularly in data storage, cloud services, or system integration. You need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with clients at various levels, along with basic technical understanding to grasp product core values and clearly convey them to customers.
We are looking for results-oriented talent with a strong sense of goal achievement and self-motivation, as well as good time management and organizational skills to flexibly arrange part-time work hours and efficiently handle multiple sales opportunities. Team spirit is essential, as you will need to collaborate effectively with other teams such as technical support to provide the best solutions for clients.
