Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Creating reports for Group Health Insurance Quotes to current/prospective clients
  • Generation of Sales Quotes for Individual Life Insurance Products
  • Preparation of Sales Packages
  • Completion and Monitoring of after sales activities
  • Calling/Emailing Clients and Prospective clients to book appointments

Customer Service

  • Assist Clients with Claims & Administrative changes to products
  • Prepare documents for Advisor(s) client meetings
  • Answering incoming calls and Emails directing to appropriate person/booking appointments

Data entry

  • Taking information from several sources to combine into our centralized database
  • Documenting phone calls, emails and visits of clients and advisor(s) with clients and vendors.

File maintenance

  • Maintain filing standards as outlined by our corporate/industry regulations
  • Assisting in regular file review process ensuring compliance
  • Shredding of documents containing confidential information on clients & documenting destruction
  • Filing/Organizing of clients files and mater

Computer skills

  • Email – Correspondence with Advisor(s), Clients, and Insurance Companies
  • Calendar – Management of Advisor(s) and staff calendars Google, and salesforce
  • Salesforce.com – Client Management system used for data collection as well as task management
  • G-suite – Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Contacts etc. as well as ChromeOS
  • Softphone – Inbound and outbound calling on software based phone system
  • Mailchimp – Preparing mailing list communications, adding contacts and updating information.
  • Digital Signatures – creating documents for signature in digital signature platform, assisting clients in person, over the phone and via email

Initial and Continuing Education

  • Willing to learn insurance and investment basics upon hire
  • Continue to learn about insurance and investments
  • Continue to learn regulatory principles and compliance that affect our business

Office Care

  • Cleaning & Organizing of office(s) desk, storage
  • Emptying garbage/recycling, cleaning of kitchenette area

Work Environment – Office

  • Location – Montague (In our office)
  • Salary $17/Hour starting wage – Part-time 14 hours /week
  • Flexible schedule during normal hours of operation Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
