Job Description:
Looking for qualified candidates to work as phone reception and deal with reservations
Responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls and providing accurate information on inquiries.
- Seeking information/answers to questions not known
- recording and managing the reservations
- working with managers detailing changes to reservations
- dealing with same-day reservations
Qualifications:
- A naturally welcoming, engaging, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with customers
- Familiar with the area and the tourism industry
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Bilingualism would be an asset
