Job Description:
Kindred Spirits Inn and Cottages is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team! If you take pride in maintaining a beautiful, functional space for guests, we want you to be part of our family.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot pool and hot tub systems
- Paint and repair resort buildings and cottages
- Handle appliance repairs and installations
- Support landscaping efforts, working both as part of a team and independently
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs and requests
- Use problem-solving skills to efficiently tackle a variety of maintenance challenges
Required Skills:
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and dependability

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
