Job Description:
Security Officers – Summerside area
We have NEW ON-CALL FULL TIME AND CASUAL SPECIAL EVENTS AND PATROL POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMERSIDE AREA starting ASAP. Various security duties including access control and asset protection, patrols etc. You will need a vehicle and pass a security check to get your security guard license. (We will pay the application fee). You will be available for 12-hour day and evening shifts during the week and weekends. Wages range from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Job requirements:
- You must be available to work shift work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
- Must have a vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Capable of obtaining PEI provincial security guard license.
- Must have a cellular phone.
- Hold or obtain a First Aid Certificate.
- Must be capable of walking, standing for extended periods, sitting, for extended periods of time.
- Required experience: 7 months to less than 1 year …. 50 % of security experience must have been in PEI.
- Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
