Job Description:
Automotive Technicians work directly with our Service Advisor to meet the needs of our customers. This role is integral to the success of our business, as our loyal customers rely on the abilities of our staff to ensure work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Red Seal Automotive Technician with at least two years experience;
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision;
- Experience using an automotive shop management software would be considered an asset (i.e. AutoLeap);
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment, and present relevant service information to a variety of groups (i.e. service adviser, customers, owners, etc.);
- Diagnostic and wiring knowledge would be considered an asset.
