Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic team player to compliment the team in customer service.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle calls from a diverse customer base, and for multiple services.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Communicate with current and potential clients via phone, email and in person
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times, even in busy season
  • Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts
  • Prepare call related reporting
  • Maintain a diverse client filing system with logging and tracking processes
  • Perform other office administration duties as needed
